The Behavior Analyst will conduct functional behavioral assessments and design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans for school and home programs. They will also supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and collaborate with IEP teams and stakeholders to ensure effective behavioral programming.
Candidates must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with a Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or Applied Behavior Analysis. At least two years of experience working with developmentally disabled or emotionally disturbed individuals is preferred.
