About the Role

Join PATHWAYS INC as a Residence Counselor in United States. Full-Time, Part-Time and Relief hours available Pay: $17.50 - $20.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED is preferred. Verbal and written communication skills are necessary in order to perform the essential functions of the position.

Prefer at least one year of experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities or related field of experience.

A valid driver’s license with driving record that meets insurability guidelines to operate Agency

Time and Relief hours available

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour (IRA House) or $18.50 - $21.00 per hour (ICF House)

Signing bonus: $2,000.

28 days PTO.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.

Night or evening shifts may be required.
