Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its client's Community Mental Health Team at Dorset. Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate full-time Social Worker to join our Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) in Weymouth and Portland.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Care Act assessments, develop individualized support plans, and perform timely reviews.

• Complete S117 assessments and reviews for eligible individuals.

• Assess a wide range of complex mental health patients both clinically and within community settings.

• Conduct robust risk assessments and manage cases involving MARMS, MAPPA, DoLS, and Court of Protection matters.

Requirements

• To be successful in this role you must have,.

• Professional Qualification: A recognised professional qualification in social work, such as an MA, BA, BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, or CQSW (Certificate of Qualification in Social Work).

• Registration: Must be registered with Social Work England, the regulatory body for social workers in England.

• Experience: 2+ years post qualified experience as an adult social worker in a statutory setting.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.
