Job Description

Tufts Medicine - Lowell General Hospital is currently seeking an outpatient Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our Cardiology team in Chelmsford, MA.

This position will provide clinical care to patients with a broad range of cardiovascular conditions in an outpatient setting. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate closely with cardiologists, primary care physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to evaluate, manage, and optimize treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic cardiac disease. The position focuses on improving cardiovascular outcomes, supporting chronic disease management, and enhancing patient quality of life.

Who you are

  • Cardiology, primary care, internal medicine, or related advanced practice experience preferred
  • Graduate of an accredited and/or approved Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current license as a Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

Current certification in CPR required

This newly created position offers an excellent work-life balance with a four-day work week in an outpatient setting and no holidays, weekends, or night call responsibilities.

Tufts Medicine - Lowell General Hospital is the largest community hospital within the Tufts Medicine Health System which also includes Tufts Medical Center and MelroseWakefield Healthcare.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $156,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, and internal equity.
