Enjoy the flexibility to work in multiple offices, experience different teams and patient populations, and keep every week fresh and rewarding—all while earning competitive pay and maintaining the work-life balance you deserve.

At Midwest Dental, supported by Smile Brands, you'll experience the best of both worlds—the close-knit, patient-focused feel of private practice combined with the support, technology, and stability of a leading dental organization. You'll collaborate with exceptional doctors and talented teams, build meaningful relationships with patients across the region, and continue growing your clinical skills in a role where no two days are exactly alike.
Why You'll Love This Opportunity
- Support up to 17 established Midwest Dental practices throughout the Appleton area.
- Enjoy competitive compensation while gaining experience in a variety of modern practices.
- Work alongside outstanding doctors and supportive clinical teams.
- Expand your clinical expertise by caring for diverse patient populations.

- Take advantage of company-paid continuing education, mentorship, career development, and comprehensive benefits for eligible team members.
- Experience a rewarding career that offers both consistency and variety.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care while practicing at the top of your license.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, periodontal charting, radiographs, and preventive treatments.
- Educate patients on oral health, disease prevention, and lifelong wellness.
- Partner with dentists to identify treatment needs and improve patient outcomes.
- Create a welcoming, compassionate, and judgment-free experience for every patient.
- Adapt seamlessly to different office environments while contributing positively to each team you support.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and stay current on the latest evidence-based practices and technologies.
What We're Looking For
- Current Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license (or ability to obtain one before your start date).
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
- A positive, adaptable mindset and the ability to thrive in a variety of practice settings.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys meeting new people and making a difference wherever they're needed.
Why Midwest Dental?
At Midwest Dental, supported by Smile Brands, our hygienists are valued clinical partners. We invest in your success through mentorship, continuing education, advanced technology, and a culture built on collaboration, respect, and clinical excellence.
