About the Role

Join FCC Behavioral Health as a Mental Health Therapist – Individual/Group Therapy in United States. Job Purpose: The Mental Health Therapist is responsible for providing quality individual/group therapy to person(s)-served of the center in a timely and responsible manner. Qualifications: * Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related Field.

Key Responsibilities

Conducts individual, family, and group therapy sessions with assigned person (s) – served and/or the person (s)

served family.

Maintains a working knowledge of all civil involuntary detention procedures.

Conducts initial assessments to determine appropriate level of care

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related Field.

Must have all necessary course work and meet all the requirements to be licensed within the State of Missouri, at a minimum be eligible to begin supervision.

Must meet the Department of Mental Health’s Criteria for Qualified Mental Health Professional. Core Job Duties:
