Key Responsibilities

The Director serves as the senior clinical leader for psychology and therapy services, overseeing direct patient care, clinical supervision, and program development across inpatient and outpatient settings. They are responsible for strategic planning, quality oversight, workforce leadership, and maintaining academic affiliations to foster continuous learning.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology and be a Licensed Psychologist in Oklahoma. At least five years of progressive leadership and postdoctoral clinical experience in pediatric or adolescent behavioral health is required.
