Join North Country Healthcare as a Physical Therapist – Sign-On Bonus, Outpatient in Berlin, New Hampshire, United States. THIS POSITION IS ELIGIBLE FOR A COMMENCEMENT BONUS OF $10,00.00, WITH 50% PAYABLE AT OR AROUND THE HIRE DATE AND THE REMAINING 50% PAYABLE AFTER SIX (6) MONTHS OF CONTINUOUS EMPLOYMENT.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association accredited program and hold minimally a Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Must hold a current and valid Physical Therapy practice license granted from the New Hampshire Office of Allied Health Professions.
- NCH includes numerous physicians and medical providers at multiple locations.
