Requirements
- and Requirements Completion of a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of a residency program in a specialty area, if applicable.
- Must have an active, unrestricted Florida State Medical License (or eligible for licensure).
- Current BLS Certificate from an accredited AHA or American Red Cross provider Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine.
