Clinician – Outpatient SUD & Behavioral Health

Join T and N Services and Solutions as a Outpatient Clinician – SUD & Behavioral Health (Hybrid) in Baltimore, Maryland.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy for SUD and co-occurring clients.

• Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and reassessments.

• Deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, MI, trauma-informed care).

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with Maryland Medicaid and program standards.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $83K - $146K/year

• $40 – $70 per billable hour (based on license and experience).

• LGADC/LMSW: lower range.

• LCSW-C/LCPC/LCADC: higher range.
