Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist performs initial and ongoing assessments to develop and implement skilled therapeutic treatment plans for a diverse patient population. Responsibilities include providing direct therapy, documenting progress in electronic medical records, and supervising physical therapist assistants.

Licensure & Certifications

Candidates must be a Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice and possess or obtain BLS certification within 30 days. Two years of experience in an equivalent setting is preferred.
