About the Role
Join Pinnacle Home Care as a Occupational Therapist Assistant – Home Health in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the OT provides client care services that have been delegated by the Occupational Therapist.
- Under the direction of the OT assists in the evaluation and development of the rehabilitative plan of care and in periodic re
- evaluation as required.
- Participates in the preparation of clinical and daily progress notes. All notes are reviewed by the OT and submitted according to company policy. Also prepares periodic summary reports.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
- Current certification or license as required by state law.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Six (6) months to one (1) year of Home Health experience preferred.
