Full-Time Physical Therapist

About the Role

Join LifeStream as a Physical Therapist – Full-Time, M-F Schedule in United States. Schedule: 35-40 hours available. Typical hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM but schedule is flexible!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each participant’s needs, abilities, and goals.

• Provide training to individuals and staff, including therapeutic exercises, gait training, mobility interventions, and use of adaptive equipment.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including occupational therapists, speech

• language pathologists, nurses, case managers, and day habilitation staff to coordinate care.

Requirements

• Maintain current knowledge of best practices in physical therapy for individuals with developmental disabilities. Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $38.50/hr

Work Schedule
