Physical Therapist - Per Diem

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will perform systematic patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and conduct therapy regimens for patients with complex medical needs. They are also responsible for supervising staff and students, participating in discharge planning, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Additionally, they must possess or be willing to obtain a Certified BLS credential within 90 days of employment.
