Outpatient Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The therapist will diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders by applying psychotherapeutic techniques in individual, group, or family sessions. They are also responsible for conducting psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, and coordinating discharge or after-care services.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field and possess state or national licensure. A minimum of two years of experience as a therapist, including at least one year with the specific patient population, is required.
