Key Responsibilities

Provide direct care and support to residents in a safe, structured, and recovery-oriented environment.

Assist with admissions, resident orientation, screenings, and intake procedures.

Monitor residents' physical, emotional, and behavioral well-being, reporting significant changes to the clinical team.

Document resident observations, interventions, and progress in the electronic health record (EHR).

Requirements

Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid California driver's license. Candidates must have RTSS certification or equivalent behavioral health experience, along with CPR/First Aid certification.
