Key Responsibilities

Provide empathetic, ethical, and professional telephonic support to individuals experiencing distress or seeking guidance.

Build rapport, actively listen, and foster client engagement.

Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including levels of risk and urgent safety issues.

Provide resources, coping strategies, referrals, and safety planning.

Benefits & Compensation

Pay rate: hour8.55 - $32.55/hour.

20 days PTO.

Student loan repayment assistance.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Remote position - work from anywhere.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Requirements

Applicants must possess a Graduate Degree (MSW, PsyD, PhD, or M.A./M.S. from an accredited program with a clinical emphasis) and hold active Florida licensure (PMHC, PSW, PMFT, PLP, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LP). A minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services is required.
