Job Description
Female Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Brooklyn, NY Location: Brooklyn, NY (At-home setting) Case: 9-year-old male client Schedule: Monday–Friday (after-school hours) Pay: $25–$30/hour ⏰ Hours: Flexible part-time availability What You’ll Do: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development Collect accurate data and complete session notes using Rethink Collaborate with BCBAs and the clinical team Create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment Qualifications: Active RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain — we will support you in getting certified!)
Experience working with children preferred Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability Ability to work independently and maintain consistent attendance Comfortable with documentation and session notes Bilingual English/Spanish is required Why Join LBAPS?

Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting and implement Behavior Intervention Plans under BCBA supervision. Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development while creating a positive learning environment.
Requirements
Active RBT certification is preferred, or a willingness to obtain it. Experience working with children and strong communication skills are also preferred.
