Provide therapeutic support, crisis intervention, and case management for individuals experiencing homelessness or crisis. Coordinate participant intake, facilitate life skills groups, and develop individualized service plans to foster self-sufficiency.
Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with strong clinical and organizational skills. Requires the ability to provide 24/7 on-call crisis support and maintain strict HIPAA compliance.
