Key Responsibilities
The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for the evaluation, treatment, and care of residents suffering from breathing disorders. This includes setting up and operating various respiratory care equipment under physician direction while closely monitoring patient responses to therapy.
Requirements
Candidates must possess 2-4 years of experience providing direct Respiratory Therapy and hold a current state Respiratory License along with a valid CPR/BLS certification. Knowledge of long-term care nursing practices, procedures, and regulations is also mandatory.
