Adult Neuro Rehab Speech and Language Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The therapist will assess, diagnose, and manage adults with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders, primarily supporting patients with stroke and acquired brain injury within an inpatient setting. Key duties include delivering evidence-based interventions, managing dysphagia, and collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a recognized degree in Speech and Language Therapy along with active HCPC registration and proven experience managing adult neuro rehabilitation caseloads. Essential competencies include dysphagia management skills and strong abilities in multidisciplinary team collaboration and organization.
