Key Responsibilities

• Work with clinic leadership in ongoing efforts to increase encounters and optimize documentation to maximize clinic productivity.

• Assist staff and providers with clinical/patient care duties.

• Monitor and order supplies.

• Partner with key stakeholders in recruitment and retention of clinic staff.

Requirements

• 5 years in the healthcare industry. Previous experience training and leading employees. Previous work experience in the medical office/medical clinic setting. Must be a self

• Monitor and organize the daily activities of the Sky Lakes Behavioral Health Care Clinic.

• Work closely with the Medical Director of SLBHC and the Sky Lakes Specialty Care Services management team.

• Administrative duties, including organizing meetings, coordinating schedules of externs, residents, medical students, student nurse practitioners, and Sky Lakes APP’s.
