Key Responsibilities

The therapist is responsible for evaluating member impairments and developing personalized occupational therapy treatment plans to improve functional independence. They provide direct care through various modalities, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and supervise certified occupational therapy assistants.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited curriculum and possess at least three years of full-time clinical experience. Licensure in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Virginia is required, along with Basic Life Support certification.
