The Speech Pathologist provides direct patient care and performs outcome assessments within a home care setting. They also participate in departmental process improvements and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech Language Pathology and possess a valid Minnesota license. A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY-SLP) status and current BLS certification are required.
