Key Responsibilities
The Social Worker III performs complex social services work, serving as a liaison between patients and treatment teams to ensure ongoing care and support. Requirements
Candidates must hold a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential. Additionally, at least one year of experience working directly with individuals with mental, social, or substance use disorders is required.
