Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist assesses, plans, and implements individualized therapy programs to help patients regain independence in their home environment. They collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to monitor progress and provide education to patients and their families.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice. At least one year of experience in a home health or similar setting is preferred, along with the physical ability to perform patient transfers and navigate various home environments.
