Therapist - Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

The therapist is responsible for providing direct clinical services, including psychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, and the development of treatment plans. They also coordinate discharge planning and act as a liaison to community resources to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology. At least four years of experience as a therapist is required, with a minimum of two years of experience working with the specific population of the facility.
