Key Responsibilities
The supervisor will direct, coach, and develop team members while managing staffing, schedules, and operational performance against KPIs. They are also responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and handling escalated concerns from members, providers, and clients.
Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of relevant experience in PBM, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare operations. Previous leadership or quality experience is required, with preference given to those holding a Pharmacy Technician License or CPhT certification.
