Key Responsibilities
- Clinical pharmacists will be assigned area(s) of coverage based on experience, training, and competency.
- Rotate day and evening shifts; every third weekend.
- Appropriately assesses patient data to identify medication-related problems through profile reviews, pharmacy consults and interdisciplinary rounding.

Requirements
Requires a pharmacy degree (BS or Pharm.D.) and completion of a PGY-1 residency or 3 years of hospital experience. Licensure in Iowa and BLS certification are required, with ACLS/PALS and BPS certification expected within specific timeframes.
