About the Role

Join Mount Sinai Health System as a Occupational Therapist – Acute Care, Days in United States. The staff Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating and treating patients and facilitating rehabilitation and independence. Develops and designs treatment plans for physically, mentally and/or emotionally disabled patients.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Day shift only - no nights.

Key Responsibilities

The staff Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating and treating patients to facilitate rehabilitation and independence. This includes developing and designing treatment plans for patients who are physically, mentally, and/or emotionally disabled.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and hold a New York State Occupational Therapy License. Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) is preferred.
