Flex Clinical Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities

The clinical pharmacist interprets and evaluates medication orders to ensure therapeutic appropriateness while managing drug therapy across the continuum of care. They also participate in patient rounds, provide clinical education to healthcare staff, and oversee the compounding and distribution of medications.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and possess or be eligible for a Michigan Pharmacist license. Previous hospital experience or a hospital residency is strongly preferred, along with BLS/ACLS certification.
