About the Role

Join InterMed as a Behavioral Health Manager – LCSW Required in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Oversees day

day Behavioral Health operations, including scheduling, access, and care delivery.

Ensures efficient patient flow and appropriate utilization of clinician time.

Supports implementation and optimization of integrated care models (e. g., CoCM registry workflows).

Requirements

Coordinates with IT and analytics teams to optimize Behavioral Health reporting and registry tools. Personnel Management

Provides direct supervision and clinical oversight of LCSWs and other behavioral health staff.

Conducts regular supervision sessions, case reviews, and performance evaluations to ensure high

quality clinical care.
