Join Brooks Rehabilitation as a Physical Therapist – Outpatient PRN in United States. Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient team. Key Responsibilities

Complete the new patient evaluation, establish customized treatment plans and patient goals, and participate in the implementation of patient care programs

Deliver high quality patient care for multiple rehabilitation diagnoses

Provide a positive patient experience through patient engagement and progressive treatment

Effectively communicate both verbally and written

Requirements

Current PT license in state of Florida

Current hands

on CPR/BLS Certification

Work Schedule

Per Diem position.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Day shift only - no nights.

This position offers day shifts only. Work with Brooks Rehabilitation in United States.
