Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist evaluates patient conditions and develops individualized treatment plans to restore mobility and function. They also document care in accordance with regulatory standards and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and possess a current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of practice. Additionally, candidates are required to have CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
