Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform daily rounding on all patients admitted to the OB/GYN service
- Respond to emergency department for precipitous deliveries, including vaginal and C-section
- Provide gynecology consultation and treatment as needed in the emergency department
- Manage and treat conditions occurring during pregnancy through postpartum
- Perform major and minor abdominal and vaginal surgical procedures on the female pelvis
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily rounding on OB/GYN patients and provide emergency department coverage for deliveries and consultations. Conduct major and minor abdominal and vaginal surgical procedures on the female pelvis.
Requirements
Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology with an active Nebraska license or Universal License. Requires the ability to manage conditions from pregnancy through postpartum and perform surgical interventions.
