Embrace Your Role as a Senior Speech Language Pathologist
Your impactful journey involves:
* Providing direct care to patients and building rewarding relationships by
understanding each patient’s physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in
their recovery.
* Assisting with speech language in-service education and our speech language
pathologist student program.
* Mentoring and training new colleagues and other departments as needed.
* Delegating and supervising speech therapy assistants and technicians.
* Celebrating patient victories along the way.
Qualifications
* Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
* Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
* CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
* Bachelor’s degree in speech therapy or management. Master’s or Doctorate
degree preferred.
* Minimum of two years speech language pathology experience.
* Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional
certifications.
