Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress while supporting RBTs through training and supervision. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements
Requires a Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field. Must hold or be eligible for a Behavior Analyst license in the state of Illinois and have experience working in a clinic setting.
