Requirements

• Required Qualifications: MA or MS in Speech Language Pathology. NYS License in Speech Pathology. ASHA CCC-SLP Certification. At least 1 year of medical setting and dysphagia experience including objective swallow studies. Candidate must meet Medical Staff Office qualifications for staff privileges.

• Preferred Qualifications: NICU/infant feeding experience. 2 years of experience with infant/pediatric feeding service delivery in a medically based setting.
