PRN Social Worker - Intensive Outpatient Program

Key Responsibilities

The social worker will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide crisis intervention for patients in an intensive outpatient program. They are also responsible for managing a caseload, facilitating support groups, and maintaining accurate patient documentation.

Requirements

A Master's degree in Social Work is required, along with appropriate state licensure such as LMSW, LCSW, or LPC. Two or more years of experience working with the patient population is preferred, and certifications in CPR and de-escalation are required.
