Position Summary

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating and evaluating and developing treatment programs and treating patients. Responsibilities include evaluating and developing treatment plans, providing treatments, participating in peer review, collaborating with physician and care team. teaching use of adaptive equipment, timely billing and documentation, etc.

Knowledge and Skills

Must be licensed as Occupational Therapist in NYS

Graduate of an accredited OT school, BS, MS, or certification in Occupational Therapy

Minimum 2ears experience

Computer skills and experience with EMR

Requirements

Candidates must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in New York State and a graduate of an accredited OT program. A minimum of two years of experience and proficiency with EMR systems are required.
