Key Responsibilities
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and follow-up to clients.
- Maintains and interprets documentation of clinical work and other statistically relevant data; meeting quality assurance standards.
- Provides assessment, counseling and/or referral services to patients at Mosaic Outpatient Behavioral Health or Mosaic Counseling Care.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker or LPC
- Licensed Prof Counselor is required. C. E. A. P./A. A. M. F. T. certified is preferred. 3 years of Clinical experience is preferred.
Work Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Day shift only - no nights.
