MEET OUR EXTRAORDINARY CLIENT: Profile: A brilliant 16-year-old Male who has a lot to say. Language: Must speak fluent Spanish Clinical Vibe: Verbal, moderate functioning level, but exhibits severe behaviors that require someone highly grounded.
THE PERFECT MATCH: We are looking for an Empathetic and Highly Responsible BT who can provide steady, structured, and compassionate 1:1 support when things get intense!
WHERE & WHEN: Location: Home-based therapy in Port Chester, NY 10573 ⏱ Hours: 15 Hours Per Week of high-impact support. ⏰ Schedule: Tuesdays 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM (Note: The remaining balance of the 15 hours is flexible and to be determined by you and the family). DO NOT WAIT.

Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 in-home behavior therapy support for a 16-year-old client. Implement structured interventions to manage severe behaviors and provide compassionate care.
Requirements
Must be a fluent Spanish speaker and a dedicated Behavior Technician or RBT. Candidates should be highly responsible and capable of maintaining a calm demeanor during high-pressure situations.
