Key Responsibilities
Perform psychosocial assessments of patients and families to develop outcomes for alleviating symptoms. Provide supportive counseling, psychoeducation, and casework interventions as part of an interdisciplinary group.
Requirements
Requires a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) qualification. Must be able to provide consultation and education to the interdisciplinary group regarding psychosocial needs.
