Key Responsibilities

The role involves assessing client drug and alcohol use, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team to provide case management services. Responsibilities also include facilitating psycho-educational groups, coordinating with external agencies, and maintaining required program documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a California State recognized SUD Certification or Registration at the time of hire, with a minimum of two years of experience as a Substance Use Disorder Counselor. A valid California driver's license, knowledge of 12-Step concepts, and the ability to pass various agency screenings are mandatory requirements.
