This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

Key Responsibilities

Supervises and assists children in all daily living activities to ensure the physical care and emotional nurturance of the children and to ensure a safe and protected environment.

Serves as a positive role model for children while engaging them in various activities in a manner that teaches and reinforces respect, responsibility, and age

appropriate social interactions and behaviors.

Escorts children within and between buildings and to and from various appointments to always ensure adequate supervision of children.

Requirements

High School Diploma

Must be at least 21 years of age RTC I: 411000 $19 hourly EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

1 year experience with children or special populations.

18 month’s experience with children or specials populations or 6 months internal experience as RTC.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.
