Key Responsibilities

The physician will be responsible for the coordination, workup, diagnosis, and treatment of pain patients in an outpatient setting. Duties include performing interventional and medical management procedures with appropriate follow-up care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an MD, MD/PhD, or DO degree and be eligible for a state medical license. Board certification or eligibility in Pain Medicine is required at the time of appointment.
