Jennie Stuart offers a competitive compensation model including both a W2 and 1099 option:
- W2 Base Salary (before call): $316,800 ($180/Hr)
- 1099 Base Salary (before call): $352,800 ($215/Hr)
Call includes an approximately 1 in 7 rotation. Call compensation is in addition to base compensation.
The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) administers general, regional and monitored anesthesia care for scheduled and emergency surgical and obstetrical procedures and perform anesthesia-related procedures.
The CRNA evaluates, formulates, and carries out an anesthesia care plan including monitoring and recording patient reaction to anesthesia and modifying the anesthetic plan accordingly. The CRNA transports patients to and from an anesthetizing location and ensures appropriate care during the postoperative period.
The CRNA may supervise, instruct, and provide feedback to student nurse anesthetists to ensure patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
The CRNA administers general, regional, and monitored anesthesia for surgical and obstetrical procedures while formulating and executing anesthesia care plans. They are also responsible for monitoring patient reactions, ensuring postoperative care, and supervising student nurse anesthetists.
Requirements
The candidate must be a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) capable of managing anesthesia for both scheduled and emergency procedures. They must demonstrate the ability to evaluate patient needs and modify anesthetic plans to ensure safety.
