Key Responsibilities

Case Management & Intake: Conduct intake screenings, develop and adjust treatment plans, support discharge planning, and facilitate collateral communication.

Treatment Collaboration: Work closely with other clinicians, including nurses, to perform biopsychosocial assessments and implement tailored treatment plans.

Patient Support & Safety: Participate in daily safety and coping strategies, checking in with adolescents requiring additional support, and engaging families in our welcoming lobby/milieu.
