Key Responsibilities

Implement individualized treatment plans for your caseload or as a floater in our center-based programs.

Collect and document data daily, tracking client progress and outcomes.

Collaborate with BCBAs to evaluate procedures, conduct assessments, and recommend skill-building goals.

Support caregivers with training and guidance to apply behavior strategies effectively at home and in the community.

Benefits & Compensation

Pay rate: $20 - $21/hr.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Day shift only - no nights.

Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Child Development, or a related field and at least one year of ABA experience with children. A valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation are required for travel.
