Job description
Join Adventist Health as a Occupational Therapist – Home Health, Full Benefits in Tillamook, Oregon, United States. Requirements
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD): Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2007; or foreign equivalent. Licenses/Certifications:
- Occupational Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice: Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
- Valid Driver's License (DL) and must be at least 21 years of age or older: Required Essential Functions:
